#SelfCoaching - Struggling? Maybe it's time to reprogram your brain

Fact: your brain only does what it is programmed to do. So, don’t blame your brain for your emotional struggles; blame the faulty programming that resulted from insecurity’s insistence that you over-control life. This need to “over-control” life is aided and abetted by the passivity of your conscious mind leaving you impotently sitting in the back seat (rather than in the front seat steering your life) while doubts, fears, and negative thinking swirl unchecked.

Just keep in mind that neuron by neuron, circuit by circuit, when you resist passivity and begin actively training yourself to live according to life’s facts rather than tainted emotional fictions, you are literally beginning the process of reprogramming your brain to go from struggle to solace.

FYI: This reprogramming of the brain is called neuroplasticity—the brain’s ability to change structurally through learning.
