Hi, there, First let me say how happy I was to read the reviews for NO MAN LEFT BEHIND: An Iris Williams & Annette Toni novel. My readers are really enjoying the piece, and to them I give my heart felt gratitude.

Now I would like to say something about the name change of the primary character. Initially the main character's name was ISIS, but with state of the world today, the name ISIS brings up images of terrorist and suicide bombers. A few of my readers voiced their concerns. People are patriotic and they love their country. The name ISIS could rub potential readers the wrong way. So I tweaked the name and came up with IRIS. This way I won't alienate any future readers.

Right now I half way through with my fifth novel featuring Detective Iris Williams and her partner and lover Detective Annette Toni. The title: THE PATIENT...
