champ & Corre

I have a friend working through the reading of Champ now, and I did locate two people on Facebook who are interested in reading. Hopefully I will get feedback from them soon.

I was thinking about the cover of Corre. That is the second book I wrote. I don't mention it much because I am focused on the cryptozoology storyline and this is a separate story. Actually it was one that I wrote for a screenwriting class and changed it into a book last year. I had a guy online draw the cover for it, and it is cool, but not really book-like. More like graphic novel like. So I am going to have my crytozoologist cover artist Abir take a crack at redoing the cover. So likely that one will come down, get revised, then go back up.

Thinking about book 3 and trying to come up with the storyline. This time I am creating my own character and I know it will be in Phoenix. I also know the calendar week for the story. I just don't know the story. I had the creature all in mind and set, but struggled with trying to plot it out. I was going to base it in a Native American background, but then I thought maybe not. I didn't want it to be accidentally offensive. So then I created another new character idea. But thinking about it I thought maybe it is too similar to another known cryptid I wanted to do next - so I am back at a crossroad. Maybe it would be good to join a writing group and have the opportunity to bounce ideas off others...
