Abundance

'Abundance' is one of the great buzz words of the millennium, and it's a great word. 'Abundance' means a large quantity of something. Typically, we refer to abundance and money interchangeably. Financial abundance is something most of us desire, and some people feel conflict about this. Why? Stop feeling conflicted for desiring financial abundance - most of us do. It's a great feeling to have options in life, and financial abundance affords us options, and options feel good - it's freedom!

Abundance isn't just related to money; however, it's so much more than that. What do you desire an abundance of? The options are limitless. You may desire an abundance of books, or an abundance of friends, or an abundance of adventure. It's yours to decide.

How to bring abundance to you is to actively practice gratitude for what you already have. It must be authentic. So, rather than going through the motions of saying how grateful you are for something or someone, allow yourself to FEEL that sense of gratitude - to reflect on it. Then set your intention to allow for more abundance to flow into your life.

I have practiced this many times in the past few years, and it works. Being consciously grateful lightens your energy. Light energy is very appealing and magnetic. When you are in the vibration of happiness and gratitude, you attract more into your life. Then acknowledge and show gratitude for what flows to you.

Of course, you will encounter the speed bumps of life, but you won't get hung up on them; you'll know how to accelerate over them! Gratitude is the key to multiplying what you already love.

Have an abundant day!
