Fitting. The name 'Elysium' is often thought to have meant 'where lightning struck'. Makes me think of the Tarot card, 'The House of God'.
Gourmand's End (colloquially known as Le Gourmend)If I may expand a little bit: A ringdom of gluttony where you can find every sorts of food from various ringdoms. From that dodgy lizard leg hawker to the curious fine dining restaurant of extinct menagerie, one may indulge to their heart's content.
However, fatal food additives and addictive food are quite commonplace here, they're added by the foodsellers to make sure people are coming back. It's not unusual seeing some people eating themselves to death.
The Warren: A ringdom that's made up of a series of labyrinthine passages and tunnels, far nicer and cleaner than the ones used by the hods but just as dangerous. Some of the tunnels have tracks for various forms of transportation (including railways) whereas others are traversed on foot. People who make their way up to the Warren are tasked with transporting goods around and through the ringdom to various weigh stations in a certain amount of time with the penalty for missing deadlines to be transporting more things over longer distances. Maps to this ringdom (like the Tower itself) are useless. Most of the people who make it out do so accidentally after taking a wrong turn.
Angels Share - a term used in Scotland in the whisky trade but a different meaning as regards to a ringdom of the Tower of Babel . I assume the fumes from all that industry might be filtered and have some other use which is profitable . All the ringdoms have a purpose maybe Senlin would find this ringdom helpful to his endeavours. Perhaps fuel for his airship or a weapon.
Selene (the Greek goddess of the moon). It can be the 63rd ringdom (just below the Sphinx) with grey rocky landscape and treasures of silver.
