Book 8, Interactions, published!

A bit of a belated post, but I'm happy to announce the publication of Interactions, the eighth book in the Battling Demons series, based on the hit television series, Doc Martin.

This book is not plot-driven as the others have been, but is a more intimate look into the relationships between the characters in the series.

Writing these interactions was a joy! The team of writers, producers, directors, and actors at BP have created such rich characters to play with. I try very hard to treat them with the respect they deserve.

That said, this book does go a bit farther with the more intimate scenes. I felt it necessary to show the growth of the two main characters. Louisa's willingness to accept her husband's unique personality, and Martin to accept that he is worthy of being loved and that his expressions of love won't be rejected. He's learning to trust. And intimacy tests our trust in our partner.

Thank you to all who have supported TheHorseCourse with purchases of books. It is truly an honor to be able to play a part in the amazing work that Harriet Laurie and her team do!

Linda I truly loved these books. I finished one and could hardly wait to start the next one. I'll probably have to read them again as there are no more to ready. I am glad that I binge watched all of Doc Martin episodes because I understand better the books.

Sorry to be so slow in responding, Linda. Life has kept me very busy, and I've been using my free moments to work on book #9, "Attractions". This next book should be available by the end of July, or sometime in August for sure! I hope you enjoy it at least as much as the first eight! Thank you for your post and for supporting TheHorseCourse!!!
