Why You Should read this Biography
I am a poet, having published 3 books of poetry, a children's book of poetry, and my poems appear in national and state magazines and anthologies. But, by chance, I met a woman with a story to tell. What a story! She had never written any of her story on paper because, until now, she had been too angry to do so. And she hardly knew where to start. Knowing that her story needed a wide audience, I volunteered to help that story see the light of day for several reasons: the story is That good and unique, it shows how religion can be used in both good and bad ways, and we both hope that it will help other young girls avoid making some of the choices Connie made. For starters, she explains in the book how she was unknowingly sucked into a polygamous cult. It was a deceptive and well-planned indoctrination that others might fall for. Once she was in, and as she matured, she could see the cult for what it was and, over many years, starting making a plan to escape from it. I believe anyone and everyone will benefit from reading this biography.Worthy: A Young Woman from a Background of Poverty and Abuse Falls Prey to a Polygamous Cult
