Update on Ascent of Ice. As the reception for it has been.... hmm, less than lukewarm or silence, I'm going to do the *you're not supposed to do that* thing of uploading an alternative ending. It won't be long - probably just a few pages. I will make it available on my website when it's ready - free to view for all. If it's well received, I'll add it to the book properly. If not, it can be forgotten about quickly enough. I don't feel I have a great deal to lose at this stage, so why not?
