Jim Petruzzi I thought the story was well told and relevant. Changes, unity, circles - on and on - right out of today's news. I enjoy it when a beautiful story makes relevant comments on the state of the world - in an uplifting way.

And I thought it could stand alone and have meaning - although I am waiting for the next installment. :) Pleasure, meaning and heart touching: a great combination.

My one question - and a small one. Who picked the cover art? I found the book uplifting and moving to light. The cover conveys the opposite to me. And I sensed nature and land/structure interface throughout the tale. The cover shows me a dark, collapsed city.

Meiling Colorado Thank you so much for the great feedback, and interesting to note that the story appears to be at odds with the cover since I have always insisted Aftermath may have been labelled post-apocalyptic, but it is not necessarily catastrophic or pessimistic. And yes, working on the sequel now, so I hope to shed more light on the cover next time ♥
