First trip to the USA sees me in New Haven meeting the wife’s family.
Probably not the best time to have released a book as I’m a little remote from home here!
Apart from the rather ‘enthusiastic’ checks a Boston airport it’s been great and my knee, which has been aching due to lack of space on the plane, is even starting to recover.
Lots of trees, lots of space and lots of food!
Been to Yale, the Mohawk Mountains, Milford and have even seen eagles in Hamden and survived a tornado!
Helen Kirk - The Truth that Lies Within (The book) is doing well.
It started as a short story for a collection and then got a life of its own as Helen, the heroine, grew in my mind. The plot describes the world in mid 21st century. Truth has become impossible to fake, humans are finding violence more and more abhorrent and Helen, a simple English girl has found world fame as the major architect of these changes. Evil still exists and Helen finds herself face to face with the last vestiges. Can she bring total peace to Earth and if she does what will be the consequence?
