I don't know what happened. Was so looking forward to new books. I check your page monthly on Amazon, and it is now gone. I hope all is well. I hope to see your books again soon. Until then I will just re read the old. Annie
Does anyone know what has happened to the author? I know I've asked this a few times but I've never gotten a response... I thought I saw something on a random post about possible cancer or something? I can't even remember where I read that at though because it has been so long... Is she alive? Has she been kidnapped? Did she fall on real hard times? Is she ok?
Sadly I don't know what happened either. When she put Flynn up for pre-order a few years ago, she sent out an e-mail to her subscribers that hinted at a rough patch, no details, that she was happy to be getting back to her writing. Then books would go up for pre-order then down again, with no explanation.
I had to look this up, on Sept 29, 2019, I did get Sanibel Hunger sent to me. It turned out to be a Anniversary Edition of Sanibel Heat, which I read and was not as good as the original. I contacted Amazon and got the stock Author error and would take some time to correct, but would push out as soon as it was available.
That was the last I heard. I kept checking back Amazon. Checked her site. Then the books started disappearing from Amazon. Then her page. Thought maybe Amazon banded her, so checked B&N, and some of the other e-book venders, nothing. Nothing from her. I presumed that something must have happened to her or with the publisher she was using, I don't think she was doing it herself. I know when some of those places closed, authors were having some trouble getting the rights to their books back. Prior to that she was pretty active with e mail and on her site updates. So like you, I just check from time to time.
