So it was with great excitement that I got an invitation to his book launch on the 15th June at Write Blend Bookshop in Southport. Where Bob was interviewed by the legendary Tim Quinn, who has worked on such world renowned projects as the x-men comics.

So at a packed out Write Blend we had an exciting evening, getting an incite into the creation of Missing Beat from the brain of the author himself, as Tim quizzed him on his life, his inspirations and his journey creating this fantastic book. Missing Beat is a publication of Beaten Track Publishing a diverse publishing house promoting new voices and a wide range of genres.

I would urge anyone looking for something new and refreshing to grab themselves a copy. It’s well worth the read. Because when his heart stops … the nightmare begins.
