It's exciting to be officially listed as an author on something; I'm not sure why I didn't try to do this sooner!

If you have a look around, you'll discover that I have two books under my wing.

My first book, Time Snatchers, was born out of my love of science fiction, as I wanted to do my own story involving time travel. It's not just about this, however; it's also about the choices two young people make and about how plans can go awry when feelings and families are involved.

Chosen, my second book, is the first part of a fantasy trilogy based in our time. The basic premise revolves around the key question: "What happens if someone can't die?"

I wrote an original version of this book with completely different characters and another plot, but thanks to feedback from a friend, I was able to improve upon the idea and change into something I've grown to love.

I've already written almost 20,000 words on the second book in the series and I'm excited to see where Kiara, Caleb, Hallie and everyone else's stories go next!
