Lightyears III: Ominous Intervention is a novelette length book with 14,710 words and is the third book in the Lightyears Trilogy.

A time of peace has finally arrived. The advent of new inventions makes space travel quicker between galaxies and provides protection for both galaxies against the certain doom of an alien onslaught.

Originally, book three was just a short story that I wrote in just one month. It was formerly called Bi-Galactic Peace. I did not dedicate enough time for the writing process and was not happy with the short story. For this to be included in the trilogy, I had to rewrite the entire book and I am very pleased with the result. Book three brings back a mysterious character that was introduced in book one.
