My little Cavachon, Sofie is part King Charles Cavalier and part Bischon. She is feisty, fun-loving and funny.

Sofie is known to give the 'stink eye' when she is mad at me. For those of you who don't know what that is, it's when your dog stares you down.

I love watching her interact with people. She is a people dog, more than a dog lover. She does have her four legged friends, and the little male canines fight over her.

But Sofie likes her people, so much so, that where I live, she has been named 'Queen of the Court'.

Dogs add so much to our lives and studies suggest that they may help with our health also.
