Whew! So far, so good... keeping up with the word count - feeling pretty positive. I happen to be a "Pantser" - meaning I don't write from an outline - I just go with whatever's in my head and fly by the seat of my pants (so to speak). That is definitely what is happening here. “I’m okay.” I leaned on my broom. “Death, per se, doesn’t bother me. But, man, I’ve never seen murder — unless you count the bunnies and chipmunks that Patio does in on a fairly regular basis in the spring and summer. What I saw this morning is not an image I’m likely to forget any time soon.”
