convention sketch of a character I've never drawn before...Black Canary. My approach was somewhere between Alex Toth and Cliff Chiang (yes, I aspire to the greatness of those two guys!).
Not being a mainstream superhero artist, I thought this was going to be a chore, but I actually had a great time with it. Thanks to goodguy Will King for asking me to do it!
