So, this is it, my first blog post here on goodreads. It might be weird to write it in English, while all my books are still German only - and will be, at least for the next few months.

Nevertheless it`s a big step. After two years of writing work I actually published under my own name, a successful trilogy completed, it is time to admit that I am a writer.

A year ago, I would have identified as Psychologist, as game developer, as game producer - who ocassionally writes novels, too. Now I feel like a writer.

Of course not in a sense that it would replace my day job, I love being a game producer and I have a great team I work with. All good there. But writing novels is now an essential part of my life outside of work.

So I will keep writing, I will keep publishing, and I will keep up the work here on goodreads.
