Background Info on my 'Cohort Trilogy'
Someone is always asking about my Cohort Trilogy, so I figured I’d tell you a bit about it each week.
First of all, the three books in the trilogy are called Absolution , Progression , and Iniquities . However, let’s speak about Absolution , Book 1 for now.
In it a reader gets to meet four friends, three women and their gay male roommate Beau [Bo.] Beau and the ladies call themselves cohorts because often they find themselves in untoward situations, together --many of which you the reader will get to see firsthand or hear about through their telling.
Also from time to time in Absolution , you get to glimpse the friends --who are in their early thirties-- before they knew one another.
Therefore, as the story progresses, you will also understand why certain characters engage in full-blown circus acts, while others are decidedly calmer.
While reading, you will perceive the thought processes of each cohort; then when they do something potentially scandalous you will understand the reason(s) behind the act. Don’t get me wrong now... I didn’t say you would agree with the character, but you will know what caused them to do as they did.
Uh-oh, since this is the season where busy-ness abounds, friends & fam I have got to run. Gotta write, gotta cook, gotta shop, gotta exercise—yep, so I can eat more, and I’ve got to get my tree up—oh and I have laundry to do too! So I will see you soon, with more on The Cohort Trilogy.
Don’t forget though, each book is available in a beautiful 6X9 glossy paperback —for those of us who yet like real books. Find them many places on the web. All are available in e-book and are on Kindle as well as Nook. Here on Goodreads they are available on epub for a nominal fee --they cost less than lunch, so do yourself or someone else a favor... give them the gift of reading! You and they will be glad you did.
Okay, really leaving now. Be good, or be good at it!
