I have reached the halfway point in the first draft. I'm loving it thus far. More action than the first book. More characters. And the stakes have been raised. Can't wait to finish the first draft and get going on the revisions.

I am finding a challenge with theme in this one. The first book found its theme early in the writing. This one seems to be...lacking in it in some degree. Maybe...

But maybe while I'm writing this, I just figured it out. Hmmmm... amazing what happens when you just start writing.
