The weekend is off to a kicking start, more rain bringing much-needed relief to our drought affected areas. The family are all watching Thor while I write this. (Yep - that's right. I'm neglecting quality Chris Hemsworth time to bring you this. If that's not dedication, I don't know what is 😙.) But the sacrifice is worth it - let me tell you why...

The words have been flowing on Amplifier (Dark Tide #2) 😍
I don't have a release date set as yet, and I won't commit to one until the book is complete. But I promise it won't be long! I want to say thank you for your patience with this one. It's almost a year already since Down Beat hit the shelves - where the hell did that go? But I'm glad I took my time.
Kris held out on me at first, and writing the scenes between him and Henley were like having two shy kids wave at each other across the playground 🤦♀️
Still, I persisted. I shifted 30,000 words to another document and reviewed and revised the remaining 25,000 until I found my flow.
And find my flow, did I what!
Kris has come alive. ALIVE! *cackles like Dr. Frankenstein* He's moody, with a huge heart, and extremely jealous and possesive of what he wants. Girls, he may be my favourite member of the band (sorry, Rey).
