There is something beautiful about poetry – just today a 4 year old asked me what a poem was at my book reading in Kitab Khana.And as enamored as I was to answer that question I also felt it can’t be answered as for poems are all about feelings and if only feelings could be explained; they can be only shared I guess…

Hard work is the key, That’s what my teacher taught me. She wants me to succeed. She wants to try, not to cry and

to make my wings fly. She told me, on the way to success, hard work is your best ally.

I would like to teach my teacher how to make a flying car that takes you to the sun and stars.

My teacher loves to teach Her dress is always peach

I think she loves the beach Because she always gives a speech Some say she likes to preach But I think she likes a bit of each And she likes to wash clothes in bleach Can you believe she also likes to screech ?? But I love her as my teacher loves to teach !!!!
