I have a curiosity question about how it is decided whether books are made available to libraries. I have often found that the third (last) book in a series is many times not made available to libraries when books one and two have been, in many formats. What is behind that decision? It is disappointing not to be able to complete a series when one of the books isn't easily available. You are not the only author where I have encountered this situation.

I am halfway through the book and it is just as wonderful as the rest of your books. BUT... I am not a fan of the cover!! The clothing is not even close to what was worn at the time the novel takes place especially what "Frederick" is wearing! I know a lot of times the author has no say in the cover... but this is a very poor choice for a cover illustration...
