Now I know why website designers charge so much money! It’s not easy to build a site, particularly if you’re not too familiar with WordPress, which I am not.

I’m a smart person – my day job is graduate student in Physics – so I didn’t think it would be so tough to build a website over the July 4th weekend, but it took me days (days!!) to get things just the way I wanted them.

The good news is that (barring things I haven’t noticed yet) I love the way the site looks. It’s super-girly in a way the day job just doesn’t support and I love all the pink-ness of the site.

I hope you like it, too. Right now there aren’t any books to tell you about – but they are coming soon, I promise!
