Dear Friends,

My ride to raise awareness for the Muscular Dystrophy Association will continue during the fall of 2019. At the moment I'm in the southern California desert, where rain is scarce and 115 degree days are the norm. I'm stuck here, moving through the medical system at a glacial crawl. Fortunately my health issues appear fixable. I may write about them, and this horrid place, in the next few months.
