Can you believe it’s already August?! Most of you have most likely taken your summer vacation. Where did you go?

Back in June, for our 2nd wedding anniversary, David and I drove up Yosemite National Park. If you ever have the opportunity to go, Go! Absolutely gorgeous. Crowded, but an experience that you won’t forget.

Essentials for day trip to Yosemite:

Camera
Hat
Good sturdy, comfortable walking shoes
Water & Snacks
Backpack
Sunscreen

And, if you’re taking your pet, I have a recommendation that will make it a more enjoyable experience. We had no choice this summer but to take our dog, Jack (all 12lbs of him) with us on our vacations. There are times when you can’t take pets inside places so we came up with a solution. We found a sling on Amazon to put him in and it was perfect! He was comfortable, didn’t get hot and was easy to wear. We don’t go anywhere without it for him.
