Hi- so I read a book recommended to me by @magebomb. Naturally right after work I proceeded to buy said book, start reading said book and finishing book and its sequel in a ridiculously short amount of time.

Aspect of Winter 

The book is awesome. The characters are easy to relate to and so much fun. I am closet cosplaying as one of the main character Faeyr or Fay as he is usually called. These are sort of progress through the book pictures.
