Look, my family loves Christmas. We’re Christmas geeks. I am also not one of those writers that thinks you should choose one genre you’re comfortable with and stick with it. Do the math and you can figure out where this is going. Yes, I’ve been tinkering with a Christmas book for the past 7 months. It was going very well and then, at about the 53,000 word mark, I hit a big Christmas-themed brick wall. There’s tinsel and broken Christmas lights everywhere.
