I have got to read GE!Just saw "Bright Star" and now I'm a wreck. If you haven't seen it already go, asap. It'll be a nice break from editing :)
A beautiful film based on the last three years of Keats's life and his love affair with Fanny Brawne.Jane Campion wrote and directed so you know it's going to be a work of art, which it is.
It comes out in the UK on Nov 6th (I just checked, I thought it would be out over there first as it's a British film)
P.S.If you want a heads up before seeing the film, read the biography of Keats by Andrew Motion. Jane Campion was inspired by this book to make her film. Fanny's uncle was the first dandy, Beau Brummell, and Fanny designed and made all her own clothes, she was a bit of a rebel in her time. You'll love her outfits. I think Dame Westwood would like this film too.
