The first book of my Fortune's Daughters Trilogy is out tomorrow! Compare to the opening of a show at a museum or theater. Parties abound. Champagne flows. When a book launches . . . crickets. I remember when my very first book came out under my pen name (Isabel Sharpe), I was confused. Where are the trumpets? The ticker tape parade? Nah.
