This could potentially be tragic. Why had he been reincarnated? What had changed? Is he relieved, or crushed? Had she been destroyed, smote by an entity powerful enough to extinguish the immortal? If so, why? And would he avenge her? Or had she fallen in love with someone else? And would he seek revenge?
