Little over 2 years ago, I said I was done writing romance, period. Funny thing is, that’s all I read. And, as it turned out, all I continued to write. I started and stopped an epic fantasy I’d been wanting to write, but I couldn’t seem to get past the first act. My mind kept circling back to romance stories, tales of suspense, passion, danger and, yes, werewolves. And vampires and witches and faeries.

I have so many more paranormal romance stories to tell, and I want to share them with you all. They won’t be quite as spicy as what I wrote as Lola Taylor. You can read more about that here. But the tone will be the same, a mixture of humor, suspense, and PNR.

The Blackbriar Creek Wolves series I was going to write as Lola will actually be my first series under my new pen name. Some of you got to see a few chapters from my initial draft of that story. That draft never sat well with me, and now I know why. I wasn’t writing the story the way I wanted to write it. And that drained the joy out of my writing.
