The Crisis just destroyed the TVCU (Earth-66) and the TVCU-2 (Earth-89). 

Well, we're going to have to figure something out going forward.  Looks like the Main TVCU is the Arrowverse now.  Sorry, Lucy, Oliver Queen is the center point now.
