Associated Press journalist and Pulitzer recipient Michael Rezendes (portrayed in movie, Spot Light), interviewed me in October and has been working on an article about "Whitey" Bulger's participation in secret CIA experiment known as MKULTRA Project. Bulger was only 26 years-old at the time, and given high doses of LSD for 15 months. It was revealed in a US Senate Hearing on MKULTRA in 1977 that the experiment was to alter behavior, and a portion of the experiment was leaning toward seeing if they could make a person violent or homicidal.
It seems they did...
Ted Kaczynski aka the Unabomber, and in all likelihood, Charles Manson, were also subjects of the MKULTRA Project.
