I wish I could take credit for this brilliant motto, but I can’t. I first heard it over ten years ago on a yoga DVD from Baron Baptiste. As soon as I heard it, it resonated.

I admit, I live by this.

– not spending too much time on little things that no one will care about or remember
– keeping things uncomplicated
– not caring more about something for someone...
