Hello! I’m back with another update on my writing!

(And, of course, my recent writing tune of choice will be at the bottom)

It’s the end of February now, Spring is around the corner (absurd, I’m only just getting used to it being 2020) and since January’s update, I’ve completed another 5 chapters of In His Darkened Halls.

While this isn’t exactly prolific progress compared with what most other writers manage, I’m more than happy with that, as it’s a hell of a lot more than I’ve managed to write in that space of time over the last few years!

Currently, the first draft’s word count stands at 250,000(ish) – so, yes, this is going to be an absolute monster of a book, even after I trim that count down during the edits. I have another 5 or so chapters left to write, I would say – though that may change when i begin redrafting and tidying the book up – and I’m anticipating a total word count of around 270, 000 – 285,000.

So, yep, this is gunna be a long one
