I was truly glued to each page of Ms. Loveless’ incredible book, impatiently anticipating the outcome of Connor’s incarceration, his crazy-strong marriage to Kelly and whether or not Sam would get his act together and realize that he belonged with both of them permanently. The prison scenes are nothing short of extraordinary, and you can truly feel Connor’s struggle to remain true to himself while trying to survive the myriad of things against him.
