Wow, it's been awhile. Sorry for disappearing!

The rights for The Star - that short story about a priest and a space god monster thing in post revolutionary France - have reverted to me, as my contract with Torquere Press is done. A lot of you have been asking where you can get a copy, and I'm sorry to say that it is currently unavailable - but! Good news; it'll be coming out in an anthology later in the year, so you'll be able to own the director's cut version*.

Er, what else has happened? I had writer's block for six months, and writer's block related angst. I finally started writing again last month, and am 8k into my latest story, tentatively titled The Delta Blues.

How've you all been?

*All this really means is a touch more violence than what was left in the Torquere version, and let's face it, I'll probably give it an offhand edit. The plot, however, is not affected. It's really more of an extended edition than anything, I should think.
