I was listening to the song, "Heart of Worship" by Michael W. Smith and I felt myself apologizing for all the things I let get in the way, all the busyness I pursued and all the things that I made more important than Him!



Maybe it's best to slow down...



Maybe it's okay to be away from the job, to work from home, to take some time to pause, to slow down a bit, to enjoy the day...



Maybe it's what we need to get back to the basics of our faith...



to get back to the heart of Jesus.



I am guilty of "working for" God when I need to stay more "in God."



I am one to hustle and bustle without slowing down, when right now, God is telling me to be still and to know that He is God.



I am an alpha type who tries to complete things using my own efforts, so this entire ordeal is a great reminder that I'm not in charge.



During this time...and every time.. let me remember that God, it's all about you.
