View from my coffee cup

My coffee is bitter.

I would rather be in my favorite coffee shop, drinking warm latte, than staring blankly out my kitchen window as the world turns. I am reminded that we’re not the world, we are, in fact, the people. We are not in control of most things, we own few things, we cannot fix everything, and therefore, we ought to live life the way it appears, and help others when we can.

The will to survive, to carry on, is a constant for our kind, that is how we are. We know that tomorrow is another day, another moment in time and, we look to tomorrow for happy news.

My favorite coffee shop will re-open, soon I hope, and, my coffee will taste better not bitter.
