It's hard to know what to say. It's hard to know what to do. I want to help where I can and I know we are leaning heavily on the arts (books, music, television) lately. This is a tough, scary time for all of us on many levels. I am aware it could be taking a devastating toll on our mental and physical well-being. Right now, many of us are isolated and feeling the effects of social distancing. The most important thing we can all do is reach out to one another.
