Updated version release!
Excited to share that I have spent the past year adding even more bite-sized pieces of advice to my book, The Mom's Guide to a Good Divorce - What to Think Through When Children are Involved. Released in January, the book also features an endorsement by Kathryn Stockett, author of the New York Times Best Selling book and Oscar award movie, The Help.
Inside, you will find additional tips, including how to get through the “divorce hangover” which looks and feels different for each person. Self-care is essential, as is building your compartmentalization muscle, especially during this continued time of unexpected togetherness.
Please feel free to ask me questions here or at: Sarah@Gooddivorce.guide. My advice is based on successful personal experience and shared advice from girlfriends, counselors, and others. Looking forward to sharing the audiobook version on Audible which is coming soon!
