Sleepless Nights

I've had trouble sleeping at night for as long as I can remember. After reading "Sleep" by Joey Lott, which my sister gave me as a joke, I've turned my schedule upside down. (Hey, since I'm in quarantine, I might as well try to set different patterns!) However, upside down is not always a good thing. You don't have to be elderly to get set in your ways. Rescheduling has included shifting my writing time from night to afternoon. The "Angel of Music" is not a day person!

AT Demeter Very interesting and entertaining! I sometimes have trouble going to sleep at night but most of the time, that’s because I happened to have taken a long nap sometimes. So I don’t nap every day. 😊
