Teachers and Librarians: 

I am giving away lots of Upside-Down Magic books. I want them to go to YOU, to share with your students.  Maybe they will go in a classroom library, once you have kids at school again.  Maybe they will go in a school giveaway for back-to-school reading when classes are being held remotely in the fall. Maybe you'll send them to individual kids. Maybe they can be part of a summer reading program in some way -- a prize or whatever you think best.  Maybe they'll live in the school library. 

In any case, the Disney Channel movie of Upside-Down Magic comes out July 31 on the channel (and will air repeatedly) and will be available for streaming August 1.  You can get your students psyched about it with the trailer, here.  But y'know, Disney is going to do a bang-up job of that all by themselves. The can get the jump on the movie by reading the books first -- or dive in after watching! 

Here's what to do:  send an email to my office at MsELockhart at gmail.com.  Please put UDM GIVEAWAY in the title.  In the email, please give me your name and mailing address, and  tell me your job title and the school where you work. 

I'll send you books!  First come, first serve, until I run out.  USA only.  I'll send at least two books to every person I mail to. They might be hardcover or paperback.  A lucky few will get the new box set.  Some packages will include book 7, HIDE AND SEEK, which just came out July 7, 2020.  Other packages will have older books.  Everything signed by me -- though sadly not by my co-authors, Sarah Mlynowski and Lauren Myracle.

 And if your library goes up through middle- or high-school, let me know and I'll pop a YA surprise in there for good measure.
