The release date for book one The Viscount of the Noblemen had been the end of May. Given what happened in the black community, I was in no state to be speaking of my book amid what was going on. Hence, I delayed the release to focus on having my voice heard. I’m going to continue doing this important work. I was a founding member of CIMRW, policy writer, and chapter’s first president (an authors’ non-profit association) that built awareness, advance, and advocate for ethno-cultural voices in the industry. At the end of June 2020, I was a panel member for part 1 of a speaker series on anti-black racism, microaggression, macroaggression etc.
