It was an amazing experience. I feel sad there don't seem to be any programs like that these days.
Wow! That was interesting to read about your amazing 1967 summer, Jim. I was living in California in 1967 and really missed out on 1967, something that I did not even realize until just now! Googling: "1967 is remembered as one of the most notable years in Canada. It was the centenary of Canadian Confederation and celebrations were held throughout the nation."
