Just giving everyone a heads up that I have recently updated all versions of the book. A few people brought things to my attention that needed fixing (nothing major just mildly distracting), so I re-read the book and took notes.  (Sigh) I guess my eyes can finally see the actual words again since it has been a month or so since I last read the book.
