John Gaffield For the past few months, I have been working on two new horror novels. One is actually a more geared toward young readers and is a story of a group of kids that use an abandoned house for their club house, but it turns out to be haunted. This is tentatively called "The Old Saunder's House."

The second is a story is about a couple that move into an old house, and gradually discover that the prior owner may have been hiding a dark secret. This has the working title of "The Haunting of Humphrey House."

This is my first time trying to work on two novels at the same time, but so far I am able to manage. I am enjoying both and I hope that you will as well, once they are published.

John Gaffield I currently am re-editing my first novel, "Heir to Winston Manor." This was my first novel and I know it has some issues that many have pointed out. I am changing it from present tense to past tense. I will also create two versions which will be included together in the novel. I will have the original version and an abridged version. I realize some people do not like all of the detail I have in some of my novels. While this is something I like, I do not want this to be something that distracts from enjoying the story. With two versions, the reader will be able to chose which format they prefer. I hope to have this updated version ready within a few months.
