Just a note to ask everyone to hold their emails until next week as Deanna Barnhardt Kawatski and I are heading to Vanvouver tomorrow for 2 reading gigs! We're excited.

AND I have good news about Mom. Her recovery is such that she'll be coming home next Monday! Is she ever happy! The cats are happy! I'm blown away by her strength, and happy.

We'll be reading at the Vancouver Writers and Readers Festival, Agro Cafe, Granville Island, a Federation of BC Writers event on Friday, Oct. 23 @ 6:30 p.m.

AND: at Banyen Books, 4th Ave., Vancouver, Thurs. Oct. 22 at 6:30 p.m.
