It's been a different kind of year with so many deaths in a short span of time to losing Basketball legend, Hall of Famer and author Kobe Bryant, as well as his daughter Gigi. To a helicopter crash that claimed the lives of the other passengers too, in route to a basketball tournament.

Online school for kids are real options now, that most parents are choosing beyond the classrooms for safety concerns. Mother nature gave us a firenado in California, as wildfires raged a tornado spun in the midst of the inferno.
